Christchurch Square Statue
This is part of the huge statue that stand in the Christchurch square. I didn’t want a pic like everyone else was getting (as per usual for me) – mostly of the whole tall structure so I used my zoom lens to get in nice and close and have always liked the result! The lighting was great, the colours and reflections are eyecatching and even the little rivet detail is clean. One of my favorites…
This is beautiful! It’s so fun to sit here and figure out what this wonderful piece of architecture really is. i think the fact that we only see a bit of it, and not the whole thing, really leaves a lot to the imagination and is really just beautiful.
